How Office Moves are done?

The first thing we will need to do is craft an estimate specifically for your office. We usually provide those who need a commercial move with a flat rate, unless you would prefer an hourly rate. This allows you to know exactly how much your move will cost. Unless you really only need to move a few small items, our estimator will meet with you at your office in order to be able to create this estimate. Free visual estimates are given to offices larger than 2,000 square feet.

After details discussed we will help you choose your relocation date. We can usually schedule your move outside of your normal operating ours, to create as little disruption to your business as possible. In order to achieve this, we will work around the clock to make sure that you get your move done when you need it done. Also, we will advise what your office workers can do prior to the move in order to save on time and ultimately money.

On an moving day, our truck and professional moving crew show up to move your items to their new location, complete with all of the supplies you need to move even the largest items, from cubicles (which we can reassemble at the intended location) to heavy office machines like copiers. We even bring various tools and specialty dollies for vaults and safes. Our licenses and insurance protect both us and you throughout this process.
